You just need custom email in Gmail. Not a whole suite you'll never use.
Workspace costs $7/user/month per email address. That adds up fast when you have multiple domains or aliases.
You don't need a separate inbox, calendar, or Drive. You just need your domain emails in the Gmail you already use.
No DNS expertise needed. We handle SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and SMTP setup automatically so your emails land in inboxes.
Three steps. Five minutes. Done forever.
Enter your domain name. We create the DNS zone and point your email routing automatically.
Email authentication, DNS records, SMTP credentials - all configured automatically in the background. Takes about 5 minutes.
Paste your credentials into Gmail's "Send mail as" settings. One-time setup, 2 minutes.
Everything you need for professional email, nothing you don't.
Emails to you@domain.com arrive in your existing Gmail inbox. No migration, no new app to check.
Hit reply in Gmail and it sends from your custom domain. Recipients see you@domain.com, not your Gmail.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured automatically. Your emails land in inboxes, not spam.

Google Workspace gives you a full suite of tools (Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.) with a custom email address for $7/user/month. If all you need is custom domain email in your existing Gmail — SendMailAs does exactly that, starting free. No migration, no new inbox, no switching apps.
Yes. We use Cloudflare to handle your email routing, which requires pointing your domain's nameservers to Cloudflare. This is a one-time change at your domain registrar and doesn't affect your website — everything else (hosting, DNS records) stays the same.
No. We never see, store, or process your email content. Emails are routed through Cloudflare directly to your Gmail inbox. Outgoing emails go through our secure SMTP relay. We only store your domain configuration and SMTP credentials (encrypted).
Your first domain stays active forever — it's free and always will be. If you cancel Pro, additional domains are suspended (but not deleted). You can reactivate them anytime by re-subscribing.
Yes. Each domain can forward to a different Gmail address. You set the forwarding destination when adding a domain or alias.
The automated setup takes about 5 minutes after you point your nameservers. The only manual step is a 2-minute Gmail configuration where you paste your SMTP credentials.
Every account starts with conservative daily send limits (20 emails/day on Free, 50 on Pro). As your account builds a clean sending history over 7 days, limits increase automatically (up to 50/day Free, 500/day Pro). We also cap hourly sends to prevent sudden bursts. This keeps our infrastructure clean so your emails actually land in inboxes, not spam folders.
We monitor bounce rates across all accounts. If an account sends to too many invalid addresses, sending is automatically paused to protect everyone else's deliverability. Dangerous attachments (.exe, .bat, etc.) are blocked outright, and individual messages are limited to 20 recipients.
We set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication automatically for every domain — these are the industry standards that prove to Gmail, Outlook, and others that your emails are legitimate. Combined with our anti-abuse protections, your emails have the best chance of landing in the inbox.
Be first in line. Early access spots are limited.
